Advocacy
OARS CT provides advocacy to individual clients and their families and maintains extensive linkages with the non-government sector across South Australia to advocate more broadly for evidence based public policy change in the area of criminal justice reform.
Advocacy is speaking or writing on behalf of a person or a group, to promote and protect their rights in the face of injustice in the legal and human services. Self -Advocacy is when you take action to be heard, to arrange services that ensures that your individual needs are met and/or addressed.
